All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the date when we receive the payment in our account or when we receive stock from our suppliers for your order (whichever occurs last), Monday - Friday. Courier delivery takes 1 to 3 days depending on the area.

We use Fastway for courier deliveries in most cases - for orders outside main centres we may obtain quotes from other couriers to ensure competitive pricing. We may opt to deliver orders personally within 20 km from Edenvale/Bedfordview. You may also choose to collect from us (subject to prior arrangement of date and time) free of charge once we have confirmed stock availability and payment.

We will also use Postnet or the SA Post Office to deliver orders if requested to do so, and will provide a quote for the shipping costs accordingly.

When a tracking # is provided by the courier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping costs are based on the delivery address and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, a choice of shipping methods and shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

If an item goes on back order, we will contact you to discuss the shipping options for the items available as well as the back order items.
